This resort has only just opened, but not everything has been prepared enough to hosts guests, once it has been cleaned
The style and decor of the rooms is quite nice and the resort layout is well designed. The staff are doing their best and helpful to resolve issues as best they can. They have a free shuttle to nearby beaches and it is a short walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The manager was really apologetic to the issues I experienced at this property and dealt with the problems in a professional manner.
This property was newly opened but was not fully ready to host guests. There was builders debris throughout the resort. Dirty towels left in main common areas and general uncleanliness. The resort doors still had builders marks, postits, and painters tape still around door frames. My room had remnants of cardboard from unboxing furniture under shelving, leftover building materials in the plunge pool garden. The internet did not work. My room tv did not work, my room’s jacuzzi setting did not work and there was dirty towels from the previous guest when I arrived. I ended up cutting my stay short from 3 nights to just 1 night, as the basic facilities we not in working order. Staff did not all wear resort uniform. Boxes and paper work laying around in common guest areas.

Loved every second so wish we had longer
Having just spent 3 weeks in Thailand I think this was by far one of the best resorts we have stayed in. The facilities, the lagoon rooms, the staff, the floating breakfasts I highly recommend it all! We were greeted with big smiles from Pew and the other lovely ladies at the front desk. They were so helpful getting us sorted and settled in our room after a huge day of flights and travelling, nothing was a hassle. We also enjoyed a fabulous floating breakfast in the pool right outside our door. Also 10 minutes to the airport! We loved it! Thank you all ️
